Hi guys! I’m done with a recent gunpla project but still lazy to take a photoshoot, maybe during the weekend? I’m excited to show him to you guys! Anyway for now, I’m working on Sinanju! But take note that this Sinanju is actually a KO kit by GaoGao/TT HongLi, not an original Bandai. Buy why you say? Well it’s because I wanted to practice first on a KO kit and have it all painted before going into battle with an original Sinanju kit! I would want my Bandai Sinanju to be perfect! XD So far I’m almost done with the body and head, just some minor paint adjustments and polishing to do.
Hand painting the emblems is really a pain! But it’s worth it if you can pull it off with surgeon hands haha! XD It really looks nice compared to using stickers XD
So as you can see I plan to paint the whole frame gold! Was going to use Gun Metal but opted to use gold instead for a change.. =3 The armor is a nice bright Honda Red as it says on the spray can, we all love red on MS don’t we? For the black armor parts I used some metallic black and for the pipes some bright chrome. 🙂

Fanstastic work! I’m still getting my feet wet when it comes to painting my kits properly and I have also been collecting KO’s as well as Bandai kits. Kitbashing and sometimes ruining grunt kits (battle damaged or derelict) from Bandai can be pretty expensive…Thank god for these KO’s! its cheap and easy to practice on and it can truly prepare you for the real thing (Bandai) 🙂 I’m looking forward to seeing your completed shinanju gao gao.

Thanks Zackguy!! It’s pretty awesome how they make KO kits! A few errors here and there can be easily fixed with the right tools. 🙂 I’m also looking forward in finishing this fun project! 😀
